Cheryl Nettesheim joined the MSC Antimicrobial Testing Laboratory in 2018. Cheryl worked 27 years in microbiology, food safety, and quality assurance in dairy and meat industries in Wisconsin.
Duties/Tasks:
- Performs fiber analysis, pH, phenols, and formaldehyde
- Responsible for research and implementation of antimicrobial testing
